Star Spangled Quilt of Valor by Sue Coe

Sue Coe made this wonderful red, white and blue Quilt of Valor throw. The stars and squares of patriotic prints are framed by concentric borders of Quilters Blenders Sapphire Blue and two other patriotic prints from our shop. I quilted it in “Star Spangled” which works perfectly for this pattern. A beautiful job on a very patriotic quilt, Sue! 🙂

Proud To Be An American Throw

Sharon Neel Hauke made this beautiful Red, White and Blue patriotic throw for her uncle who is a veteran. She surrounded the American Eagle panel with squares and blocks of patriotic prints sashed with white then bordered with red and blue. The batting inside is our soft, natural feeling Hobbs Heirloom 80/20 and the back is made from a blue Quilters Blenders print from our shop. I quilted it in a Quilt of Valor design. Sharon, this is a wonderful and enduring tribute to his service!

Star Spangled Quilt of Valor

Betty George pieced this vivid Quilt of Valor using patriotic prints of red, white and blue. It’s backed with our Quilters Blenders Poinsettia Red and has Hobbs Heirloom 80/20 batting inside. I quilted it in “Star Spangled” using gold thread and made the binding from the same material used for the backing.
