A new Bamboo print in many shades and colors came in this week along with a spectacular Marble, come get them while they’re fresh!

Quilts to be quilted by Christmas need to be in by the first day of September.
If you would like me to make a quilt for Christmas you need to order it by August 15th.

Carpenter’s Star Quilt by Melanie!


Melanie Garcia pieced this amazing Carpenter’s Star Quilt! She picked some great colors and prints that complement each other while contrasting with the white. A double border frames her work nicely. The quilt is backed with our Quilters Blend Blue Atoll quilt backing. I quilted it in “Busy Bee” for her with orange thread and made the binding from the same material used for the backing. You made a delightful quilt, Melanie! 🙂

Pretty~n~Pink Pinwheel Quilt by Lywanda!


This Pretty Pinwheel Quilt was made by Lywanda Gallon for her daughter, Kayleigh! It features colorful pinwheel blocks made from a variety of cute prints including polka dots and flowers. It’s sashed with pink and has some amazing, personalized artwork in the center! I quilted it in butterflies with purple thread for her and did the binding in two different polka dot prints. A special quilt for a special daughter! 🙂

Theresa’s Irish Chain & Dresden Plate Yo-Yo Quilt!


Theresa Rischer made this striking quilt that features twelve Dresden Plates adorned with hand-stitched Yo-Yo’s neatly framed with an Irish Chain design. A double border of complimenting colors frames it nicely and focuses your attention inwards. There is a lot going on with this quilt and with all the pretty colors she chose it’s just a pleasure to look at! I quilted it in “Morning Glory” for her using ecru thread. This is a beautiful quilt, Theresa! 🙂

Minnie’s Hand Painted Flowers Throw!


Minnie Schuler made this beautiful throw for her son. She drew and painted the gorgeous flowers that adorn each square! The squares are made from our tone-on-tone White Wildflowers print which make the perfect canvas for her artwork. Tonal Vineyard Yellow Green from our shop backs the quilt while the inside if filled with our versatile Hobbs Heirloom 80/20 batting. I quilted it in “Curly Swirly” for her using off-white thread. It’s just beautiful Miss Minnie! 🙂

Darlene’s Bunny Quilt for Audry by Jeanne!


Jeanne Brown made this precious Bunny Quilt for her sister-in-law, Darlene as a special gift for her granddaughter, Audry. It has rabbits, flowers, butterflies, and lots more going on! The adorable bunny with the pretty flowers is appliqué. I filled the inside with soft Hobbs Heirloom batting and quilted it in “Flights of Fancy” with Hot Pink thread for her. I did the binding as well. The back has another little appliqué bunny with a special message for Audry. A wonderful present! 🙂

Brown & Pink Deer & Moose Quilt by Denise!


Denise Pentecost made this wonderful Deer & Moose quilt in Brown and Pink. The blocks are completed with an assortment of natural, complimenting colors and prints. To continue the woodsy theme, I quilted it in “Bear-Moose-Pines” for her. It also has our soft & warm Hobbs Heirloom batting inside. It’s a natural treasure, Denise! 🙂
