Stephanie’s Big & Bold Quilt!

Share

Stephanie Wade pieced this resplendent Big & Bold Quilt using a variety of abstract prints of assorted colors that just work well when tied together with the rust-colored grunge print that she used for the sashing and border. Versatile Hobbs Heirloom from our shop batting is inside the quilt sandwich. I quilted it in “Pipeline” for her in Rocket Blue and the binding is the border material. It’s a great looking quilt, Stephanie! 🙂

Patti’s Scrappy Stars Quilt!

Share

Patti Spooner pieced this handsome quilt from scraps she had left over from other quilt projects. The colors and arrangement of the stars in conjunction with the vibrant prints in the strips are highlighted by the bold blue border. The quilt is backed with our Tonal Vineyard quilt backing in yellow-green and filled with Hobbs Heirloom batting, also from our shop. I quilted it in “Pipeline” using orange thread for her and made the binding from the same material used for the backing. It’s a very colorful quilt, Patti! 🙂

Cheryl’s Scrappy Strip Quilt!

Share

Cheryl Duval pieced this colorful Scrappy Strip quilt from strips of everything she had left over. It’s a kaleidoscope of colors sashed and framed in mini polka dots! I quilted it in “Curly Swirly” with eggshell color thread for her and made the binding from the same polka dot material used in the quilt. I just love all the colors, Cheryl! 🙂

Jeanne’s Sun Bonnet Sue Quilt!

Share

Jeanne Brown pieced this adorable Sun Bonnet Sue Quilt. Of course, all the Sues have different dresses! She sashed it with a pretty pink floral print which is just perfect for this quilt. Inside we used our soft Hobbs Heirloom batting and I quilted it in “Twinkling Daisies” with Hot Pink thread for her. These Sues are too cute, Jeanne! 🙂

Terry’s Heart Throw!

Share

Terry Morris made this beautiful Heart Throw for someone who helped another when they were truly needed. The pretty pink heart and with matching frame set in a field of white (our Tone-on-Tone White Circles) say it all. I quilted it in “Ribbon Hearts” for her using pink thread. A wonderful throw and a wonderful gesture, Terry! 🙂

Theresa’s Scrappy Crossroads Quilt!

Theresa Rischer made this imaginative Scrappy Crossroads Quilt with 16” blocks. A pleasing mix of floral and abstract prints in complimenting colors make this quilt a treat for the eyes! I quilted in in “Fancy 3” with gold thread for her. You did a great job piecing this wonderful quilt, Theresa! 🙂
