Ruth Kinchen made this wonderful Bargello quilt featuring cool blues, and purples and greens. The turquoise border frames it beautifully! I quilted it for her in “Curly Swirly” in neon green thread. Ruth, you did a great job with this quilt! 🙂
Marie Alday pieced this pretty (& funky!) Pink & Blue Quilt! She used a variety of prints anchored by the overall pink and blue theme to create the fun, whimsical effect. The marbled blue squares set on point are appliquéd, as are the matching triangles. Soft Hobbs Heirloom batting from our shop was used on the inside. I quilted it in “Glorious Crosses” for her and did the binding. This quilt just makes you smile! 🙂
Patsy Willis made this catchy throw as a gift! It features a three-by-three block pattern in the center framed in black and bordered by a high energy zigzag print with loads of color which in turn is bordered in a pretty blue. It is backed with Tit-A-Whirl Turquoise backing and filled with soft Hobbs Heirloom batting, both from our shop. I quilted it for her in “Double Bubbles.” A really cute throw, Patsy! 🙂
Patti Spooner pieced this fetching quilt featuring the Farmer’s Daughter Quilt Block. The design she chose which alternates with the matching squares looks great in the pink with blue accents theme! It is filled with our soft Hobbs Heirloom batting and backed with Light Blue Paisley quilt backing from our shop. I quilted it in “Fancy 3” for her using Hot Pink thread and made the binding from the same material it’s backed with. A sweet quilt, Patti! 🙂

Gwen Edwards made this awesome T-Shirt Quilt for her son who recently graduated from Sneads High School! It’s made from his high school shirts. He was very active in the Future Farmers of America and a proud member of the Sneads chapter, so the quilt features a great collection of FFA shirts, and she even sashed them with FFA fabric! She also added black on the bottom and right of each t-shirt block to make it stand out with a drop shadow effect. I quilted it in waves for her and since the FFA colors are blue and gold I bound it in gold. Gwen, you made a magnificent keepsake for your son! 🙂
Abigail Taunton made this charming Blue & Gold quilt! A variety of prints in these colors are used, many with stars in them. The design and the choice of colors combine for an elegant effect. Our soft & stable Hobbs Heirloom 80/20 batting is used inside the quilt. I quilted it in stars using gold thread for her. Abigail, you created a handsome quilt! 🙂
