Ann Owens made this incredible, vivid throw using the new Steam-A-Seam 2 fusible appliqué technique. She used a virtual rainbow of complimenting prints highlighted by the floral appliqués that are literally jumping out of their squares! I stipple quilted it in black for her. This throw is beautiful, Ann! 🙂
Patti Spooner made this cute pink and green baby quilt. The rickrack and appliqué elephant and giraffe make it absolutely adorable! The striped back compliments the top perfectly and inside I used our soft Hobbs Heirloom 80/20 batting. I quilted it in “Double Bubbles” and made the binding from the same material it’s backed with. It’s just precious Patti! 🙂
Libby Shepard made this Purple & Green throw that just pops with color! She used two alternating blocks that incorporate both appliqué and embroidery. The blocks are framed by concentric borders of white, purple and lime green. Our soft Hobbs Heirloom batting is inside the quilt and it’s backed with our Tilt-A-Whirl Purple quilt backing. I quilted it in “Flights of Fancy” and made the binding from the same material it’s backed with. This throw just smiles at you and seems to say “Spring is Here!” 🙂
Patti Spooner made this delightful Chaos Quilt! The whimsical design is appliquéd on Navy Blue Quilters Blenders framed by a concentric border of multiple colors. Our soft Hobbs Heirloom 80/20 batting is used inside and the quilt is backed with Majestic Purple Quilters Blenders from our shop. I quilted it in a square spiral design and made the binding from the same material it’s backed with. You made a lovely quilt Patti! 🙂
Ann Owens made this precious Christmas Appliqué Quilt. It features wonderful appliquéd Christmas scenes sashed with Christmas trees, stars and gifts. The more you look, the more you see in the appliqué blocks! Inside the quilt I used our cozy Hobbs Heirloom batting and it is backed with our Quilters Blenders Ocean Blue quilt backing. I quilted it in Christmas Ornaments for her. I think Ann is very talented! 🙂
Libby Shepard made this charming Sun Bonnet Sue throw featuring delightful dolls appliquéd on decorative white squares sashed with a light and cheerful twinkling star print, bordered by yellow. I quilted it in “Flights of Fancy” with pink thread for her, then made the binding in yellow to match. You did a wonderful job making this Libby! 🙂
