Sue’s Coca-Cola Store Throw!

Sue Coe put together this nostalgic throw featuring an old time country store with the Coca-Cola sign on the side. The main panel is surrounded by a green blender print and complimented by smaller pictures in the corners of Coke themed covered bridges & country stores. It’s also bordered with a matching red Coca-Cola print which sets it off and ties it all together. I quilted it with soda bottles and caps in black variegated thread. A pretty throw Sue! 🙂

Coca-Cola Panel Throw

My sister, Iris Tye Melvin made this spectacular Coca-Cola throw for her daughter-in-law, Beth Tye who loves Coca-Cola collectibles! The center of the throw is a gorgeous Coca-Cola panel she found surrounded gray blenders sashed with black to capture the look of the weathered siding on the old general store, then red (for Coke!) and finally piano keys made of different fabrics including two Coca-Cola prints. I quilted it in “Soda-n-Caps” for her. The perfect gift for a Coca-Cola girl!
