Flowers & Butterflies Strip Quilt by Phyllis

Phyllis Brooks made this vibrant strip quilt from strips of many hues and appliqué blocks with Flowers and Butterflies. The squares are sashed with black which contrasts beautifully with the bright colors. Our soft Hobbs Heirloom batting was used inside the quilt, and I quilted it for her in “Curly Swirly” with variegated yellow thread. A beautifully bright and colorful quilt! 😊
