Avery’s Patchwork Quilt!

Share

Avery Campbell made this beautiful Patchwork Quilt. She is 11 years old and this is her first quilt! She picked out her fabrics just like she wanted and made this quilt for her bed. The traditional patchwork design center is nicely framed by contrasting white on light blue polka dots and bordered by a floral rose print. It is backed with our Tonal Vineyard Mint Green. I quilted it in “Curly Swirly” for her using lime green thread then made the binding from the same print used for the backing. Avery you did a wonderful job on your quilt, I am proud of you and so is your Grandmother! 🙂

The quilt is backed with our Tilt- A -Whirl Turquoise quilt backing and I quilted it for her in “Simply Sea Shells” with lime green thread. You made a really pretty quilt Myrtie! 🙂

Lynelle Hatton pieced this adorable Hearts & Patchwork quilt! The quilt features alternating blocks of hearts and patchwork squares surrounded by a border of red for the warmth of love. Hobbs Heirloom batting from our shop was used inside the quilt and it’s backed with our Antique Rose quilt backing. I quilted it for her in “Curl Circle” with off white thread and made the binding from the same material used for the back. A really cute quilt, Lynelle! 🙂

Patti’s Purple Patchwork Quilt!

Patti Spooner pieced this gorgeous queen size patchwork quilt. The patchwork squares set on point all either contain purple or compliment it nicely! She bordered it with two concentric solid purple frames separated by patchwork squares alternating with white. The quilt is filled with Hobbs Heirloom batting from our shop and backed with our 108” Tilt-A-Whirl Navy quilt backing. I quilted it in Fancy 3 for her and did the binding. Another beautiful quilt, Patti! 🙂
