The individual blade blocks join at the corners with a small nine patch “checkerboard” that combines with the sashing and border to create a captivating pattern of complimenting colors. Yvonne Watson made this lovely teal quilt that soothes you with its cool colors! The teal strips and border work so well complimenting the prints she chose. Our soft Hobbs Heirloom batting was used on the inside. I quilted it in “Swirl Hearts” for her using light blue thread. It’s a pretty quilt Yvonne! 🙂
