U.S. Army Table Runner for Gerald

Army Table Runner for Gerald

I made this U.S. Army table runner for my son, Gerald Danford who served in the Army. Since next Monday, June 14th it the 246th birthday of the U.S. Army (as well as being Flag Day) I thought I would share pictures of this piece. The Army fabric used for the panels is a print licensed by the U.S. Army which we stock. It is surrounded with the Army colors of black and gold as well as green for all the years the Army wore green. It is backed and bound with a patriotic print featuring Old Glory. I quilted it in stars. Thanks to all who served in the U.S. Army, past and present for the freedom we enjoy today!
