Stair Steps in Red, White & Blue!

Brenda Nelson’s mother-in-law made the center of this quilt. Brenda brought it in and asked us to finish and quilt it for her. My sister, Iris and I added the stripes, lighthouse plus more red and blue to it. I quilted it all in Diamonds with variegated red, white and blue thread and did the matching binding in red. An American treasure!
