It’s simply all squares from a little of everything with one special block made by my granddaughter (his niece), Alisa Humphrey when she was 8 or 9 years old. […]

Eight Point Star Quilt Restoration
James Mills brought me this quilt that his Grandmother made many years ago and asked me to restore it. I was able to save 10 complete blocks, which was as much of the original quilt as possible and made new ones from fabric I was able to recover from damaged squares and complimentary prints. The […]
Lisa’s Family Quilt
I made this quilt for my oldest daughter, Lisa in 2014. It is a quilt of love with squares made by her great-grandmother, Audrey Maphis, her grandmother Fannie Maphis, her great-aunt, Ruth Barber, her Aunt, Iris Tye Melvin, her daughter, Alisa Humphrey and me. Their names are embroidered on their squares. The quilt is stripped […]

I stripped it together with Quilter’s Blenders Purple from our shop and quilted it tracing around the dolls and filling in with a twine design. It’s quilted in ecru thread on top and purple […]
Black, Blue & Gray Embroidery Quilt

I quilted around the designs and blocks then added twine with a swirling border. We used our black Hobbs 80/20 batting and it is backed with Quilters Blenders […]
Diamonds & Squares Quilt
This good looking, colorful quilt featuring diamonds within squares was made by Bonnie Wright. She stripped the blocks with our Tilt-A-Whirl Black 108″ fabric. I quilted it for her in “Flights of Fancy” then she did her own binding. It’s just beautiful Bonne! 🙂
