Joyce’s Butterfly Quilt!

Joyce Somero made this marvelous Butterfly Quilt using a variety of colorful prints for the wings (six pieces per wing) and black for their bodies. The butterflies are set in a field made from a couple of tone-on-tone white floral prints surrounded by a double frame of rich yellow floral and mint green polka dot prints. I quilted it in Butterflies and Flowers for her with Bahama Blue thread. This sure is a pretty quilt, Joyce! 😊
