Theresa Rischer made this cute throw featuring colorful Butterfly and Dresden Plate flower blocks! They are sashed and surrounded by a whimsical black and multicolored print with a cornflower blue border accent. I quilted it in “Flights of Fancy” for her using lime green thread.
