Susan Wilson made this beautiful Teal and Purple quilt! The bright floral prints are sashed and bordered with complimenting shades of colors. I used our soft Hobbs Heirloom batting and it is backed with a light purple tonal floral backing from our shop. quilted it in “Curly Swirly” for her. This quilt has a very fresh, appealing look with these colors and she did a great job with it! 🙂
Jean Ramos asked me to take her daughter Amanda’s T-Shirts from High School and make them into a quilt with the colors of the Marianna High School. We can do that! My son, Gerald got busy cutting the shirts out then I put them together with purple and gold, the colors of the Bulldogs. The quilt is bordered in the same colors. It is also backed & bound with the gold which is Quilters Blenders Yellow Gold from our shop. We naturally used our soft but stable Hobbs Heirloom batting inside and I stipple quilted it for her. With care these shirts and the memories they represent are now preserved for a lifetime!
Carolyn Pilcher made this delightful quilt featuring squares of various purple, green and off-white prints & solids surrounded by a field made of a light purple and green floral print. The inside is filled with our soft Hobbs Heirloom batting. I quilted it in the Fancy Three design and did the binding for her. A beautiful quilt, Carolyn! 🙂
Denise Trudeau Matteoni made this beautiful Japanese Garden throw! It incorporates Japanese floral prints in a water block style surrounded by shades of purple and black. We used our Hobbs Heirloom 80/20 batting inside and I quilted it in a “Moth & Rosebud” design with lime green thread. This is gorgeous, Denise! 🙂
This beautiful quilt featuring blocks of alternating patterns surrounded by strips in various shades of purple was made by Jo Johns. She chose our tone on tone white sunburst quilt backing and I quilted it in a stipple design. I understand she made it for auction, so somebody will certainly get a wonderful quilt!
