Judith Pippin asked me to finish this quilt as a gift for her daughter. This lovely quilt top was originally pieced by her grandmother. I added the border, quilted it in the “Birds In a Bath” design and did the binding. Truly a wonderful family heirloom to be passed down through the generations! 🙂

These beautiful squares were hand embroidered by Pat Hammitt’s mother-in-law. We put them together for her in this quilt. I quilted around each circle of linked hearts, then quilted the borders in a complimentary design. The quilt is backed with our Tonal Medallion Bright Green 108” quilt backing. I love the embroidery and cross stitch!

Carol Kilgore made this beautiful Hummingbird Quilt which features appliquéd hummingbirds and flowers. She did a wonderful job stitching down the appliqués making it a pleasure to quilt! The bright floral back compliments the top beautifully. Naturally I quilted it in hummingbirds! 🙂
