On the quilt he appliquéd his brother Dustin’s initial and birth date along with his own plus many exquisite patterns. It was a […]
Gerald’s Granny Quilt
I made this quilt for my son, Gerald Danford who asked me to make him a quilt like his “Big Granny” (great grandmother), Audrey Maphis made. It’s simply all squares from a little of everything with one special block made by my granddaughter (his niece), Alisa Humphrey when she was 8 or 9 years old. […]
Christmas Gifts Quilt
This beautiful Christmas quilt was made by Patsy Willis as a gift for their pastor’s wife. I quilted it for her in Candy Canes and Musical Bells. The presents are so bright and colorful, they just beg to be opened! 🙂
FSU & UF Crib Quilt

The quilt is backed with our Tilt-A-Whirl […]

My sister, Iris and I made this throw sized Christmas Quilt in the Log Cabin pattern with a creative holiday border. It’s backed in our Tonal Vineyard Dark Green quilt backing with soft Hobbs Heirloom batting inside. The binding is done in red to match the top. Naturally I quilted it in Christmas Bells and […]

Judith Pippin asked me to finish this quilt as a gift for her daughter. This lovely quilt top was originally pieced by her grandmother. I added the border, quilted it in the “Birds In a Bath” design and did the binding. Truly a wonderful family heirloom to be passed down through the generations! 🙂
