Sandra’s Carpenter’s Star Quilt!

Sandra East brought me this fascinating Carpenter’s Star quilt top to quilt! It is made up twenty quilt blocks, each a small carpenter’s star with lots of different colors and prints. The quilt is backed in our 108” Purple Grunge Paint backing with soft Hobbs Heirloom batting inside. I quilted it in “Flights of Fancy” for her using gold thread and made the binding from the same material used for the back. There’s a lot going on in this quilt, Sandra! 🙂
