Jeanne’s Family Freedom Quilt!

Jeanne Brown made this spectacular Family Freedom Quilt recently. As we celebrate V-E Day or Victory in Europe Day this Saturday it seems fitting to showcase this patriotic quilt depicting the American Bald Eagle and reminding us of the values of Family, Friends and Freedom. We used our soft, stable Hobbs Heirloom batting inside and I quilted it in “Star Spangled” for her in white thread. Definitely an inspiring quilt, Jeanne! 🙂
