Theresa’s Card Trick Quilt featuring Honey Bees!

Share

Theresa Rischar made this cute Card Trick quilt featuring lots of busy bees doing the things bees do! It uses lots of gold, yellow and black with the card trick blocks framed with a honeycomb print then bordered with a cute black bee themed print that’s all about the bees! I quilted it for her in what else? Bees! It’s just precious, Theresa! 🙂

Angela’s Yellow, Black & White Quilt!

Angela Rowan made this stunning quilt with alternating squares of contrasting Black and White prints with the rows separated squares of bright yellow. It’s an eye catcher! Inside it’s filled with soft, stable Hobbs Heirloom batting from our shop and I quilted it in “Double Bubbles” for her. This quilt is a winner for sure, Angela! 🙂

Ducks in Pond Appliqué Quilt!

Share

I made this quilt featuring 3 ducks swimming on a pond in the center. The ducks were given to me and I thought they really needed to be swimming so I appliquéd them on a pond of our Light Blue Marblecious fabric. The pond is surrounded by squares of a green print for vegetation, brown for the earth (& cattails), a blue water print with white and yellow blenders to tie it all together. It is backed and bound with our Softie Lime Green 108” Quilt Backing and I quilted it in Cattails & Lily Pads with green thread. It made the perfect housewarming gift for my nephew and his wife who bought a lakeside home! 🙂
