Strip Diamonds Quilt!

Barbara Wiggins made this adorable quilt from strips. Square up your blocks cutting at a 45 degree angle to your strips then sew them to the next block with the strips meeting at right angles. This technique makes a spectacularly interesting and colorful quilt! It’s filled with our wonderful Hobbs Heirloom batting and backed with Turquoise Tonal Vineyard 108” Quilt Backing which we stock. I quilted it for her in “Double Bubbles” with Bahama Blue thread and made the binding to match the back. A fun way to make a great quilt!
